Nice place to stay

Pros:
There is a little outdoor area (pretty barebones but still nice to have people over), great area next to numerous famous restaurants and St. Marks, felt safe to walk around at night

No elevator, small rooms

Building management is understanding
Super will listen to your problems
Management will help you with appliance replacements
Cons:
Super can be slow to solve issues
Noise level of apartment mates
Occasional package theft (less common now)
AC units are malfunctional
Advice to owner:
Get better AC units haha
