Nice place to stay

Pros:
There is a little outdoor area (pretty barebones but still nice to have people over), great area next to numerous famous restaurants and St. Marks, felt safe to walk around at night
Cons:
No elevator, small rooms

Building management is understanding Super will listen to your problems Management will help you with appliance replacements
Cons:
Super can be slow to solve issues Noise level of apartment mates Occasional package theft (less common now) AC units are malfunctional
Advice to owner:
Get better AC units haha
