- Cleaned and maintained daily - Super is always responsive - Laundry in basement - ButterflyX building access - Elevator in building - Security cameras in main lobby - Big windows and lots of sunlight in apartment units

Cons

- A/C does not work well during really hot days. - Mice issues every winter/spring - Frequent issues with 1/3 washers in the basement - Building Efficiency Score: D - astronomically high electricity bills - Package theft - all packages are left outside of elevator by delivery service - Shower water pressure isn’t very strong - Toilet plumbing - super slow - Mailbox keys don’t work and half of the mailboxes are held closed with a rubber band
