- Laundry in building - building shared common room with outdoor terrace - located in the heart of the east village, close to the 6 and the L - trader joes, cvs, wegmans, washington square park and tompkins square park all within walking distance - Full-sized fridge and microwave -no pest issues at all - maintenance is very responsive to any issues

- no 1 bedrooms, all apartment style 2-3 bedroom rooms - limited single rooms available, most are doubles - small common area
