    Nice Unit, Unbearable mold smell

    Pros:
    Good trash collection, good responsiveness, nice unit
    Cons:
    Horrible mold smell in the stairwell and entrance, when warm out the entire apartment smelled unbearably and nauseatingly of mold.

    Pros:
    super was responsive.
    Cons:
    homeless camps outside the apartment, having to say excuse me to people painting graffiti on the front door just to get inside, one tenant got chased and threatened by said group on a separate instance, a lot of strange and probably illegal activities happening outside the front door. -- note, they did add a gate to the front and things seem to have been much better on that front since.
