    location is great
    no isues with hot water or heat
    old school vibe
    stabilized
    Cons:
    hall and stairs are kind of grimy
    apartments are the typical small studios in these type of buldings
    roaches have been an issue
    narrow building entryway - big furniture can be difficult to get inside
    Advice to owner:
    maybe think about some sympathetic renovations of hallways
