Worst landlord in the City

Pros:
Only good thing about this apartment is the location, which is why this CRIMINAL LANDLORD can et away with what he does.
Cons:
During the winter, the heat and hot water do not work. Enrique the super is unresponsive and will hang up on you when you call, and screen your calls. Mitch and his son Jason are the definition of criminal landlords. They are impossible to get in touch with, do not respond to requests like fixing the heat and hot water to the point where I had to call 311 on them several times. They also withheld a portion of the security deposit for a dirty oven and scuffs on the wall, which are clearly normal wear and tear. I moved out of this apartment because their lack of professional and basic human decency. They are scum and you should not consider living here, it is not worth it.
Advice to owner:
do better and treat your tenants that are paying you like people, not animals.

Pros:
good location. trash area isnt bad
Cons:
heat absolutely does not work, never has. the landlord is rude and unresponsive. the super is also rude and unresponsive, which is great because new issues like broken hot water heaters and water valves crop up every week. i really just want to see if any neighbors are having these issues too. it is horrible
