The standard doesn’t match the price

Pros:
Roof terrace and light Spacious Close to subway
Cons:
20mins for hot water No ventilation in kitchen = smoke alarm goes off every time you cook Substandard maintenance Cheapness / slowness with repairs Tunnel traffic v noisy Traffic v heavy at times = hard to travel by car
