    Great Neighborhood, Lots of Mice

    Pros:
    amazing location, great neighborhood and awesome neighbors. no bugs!
    Cons:
    MICE!! Saw quite a few mice. Garbage situation not great.
    Advice to owner:
    Get mice situation under control.
