Pros:
Location is great and tenants are quiet
Cons:
Building repairs are slow to be made. Numerous requests have to be made if the repair is tied to a building issue such as the roof, boiler room, etc.
Advice to owner:
Repairs need to be made to the building in a more timely fashion.
