    Dirty, Old Manhattan Charm

    Pros:
    • Location is probably the biggest selling point
    • Long time residents were very nice.
    Cons:
    •Dumpster area was always a mess
    •Hallways were rarely ever cleaned
    •Thin walls/floors so I’d always hear upstairs neighbors.
