    Good classic old building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The building is a very classic pre-war NYC apartment and has lots of unique touches. Also the location/neighborhood is fantastic and the property management company is really quick to address any issues.
    Cons:
    Because it's an old building lots of small thing can break leaks, issues with heating, etc. However management is always quick to resolve them.
