No bueno at all

Pros

-women managed i guess -Surface level decor is nice in hallways -Location -Never saw a rat in my unit

Cons

-Tiny & expensive apartments -Shower didn't work for my first 4 months and it took me doing my own research and finding someone for them to fix it -They control central AC/Heat temperature so i got back from vacation once to a 45 degree apartment ~ -There is a thief who lives in the building on one of the upper floors (rent controlled) who WILL steal your packages -Standard cockaroaches and stuff -Lovely day underneath BLASTS music at 6am
