Good, waiting for it to be great

Pros:
Awesome location and decent price for location.
Cons:
Bad communication with super, roaches from time to time, pretty noisy, not the cleanest.
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenants and come make fixes in the apartments when you say you will.

Landlord is nonexistent you literally cannot contact him for help with anything and the trash is stink bc it’s kept in the ground floor
