Review Summary for 22 Prince Street
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant feedback for 22 Prince Street in Manhattan underscores its excellent location, generally clean common areas, and friendly neighbors as major benefits. The maintenance and superintendents receive praise for their responsiveness and upkeep efforts. However, recurring issues with pest control, inconsistent heating, occasional drainage problems, and concerns about owner responsiveness detract from the experience. Additionally, package theft and a lack of security measures were raised. Several tenants perceive management as lacking transparency and responsiveness, particularly in rent stabilization matters. Despite these drawbacks, the building appeals to those seeking a well-situated residence with attentive maintenance but may require management improvements for optimal living.

Pros:
pretty clean, no huge issues.
Cons:
if you google the landlord (centennial properties) and the guy behind it (jim kroman) theres a lot of dirt, but if you're not in a rent controlled unit it won't affect you/didnt' affect us.
