Management team sucks Constantly people going to the roof and triggering the fire alarm loud neighbors - cosntant yelling

Great location, but noisy.

Cons

Terrible management - threatening, intimidating etc and doesn’t clean the building. Lead paint contamination in the building. Constant renovations with no permits.

Advice to the owners

Get permits for all work done, clean the common areas, ventilate when renovating.
