Super convenient location, neighborhood feels safe and lively but not too loud at night, management helpful most of the time, really nice and responsive super
Cons:
Roaches, management sometimes ghosts concerns, super hot in the winter, pipes make dripping / clanging sound when temps change, no laundry or elevator, install your own AC
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive

first Nolita apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good light that comes through, in a lively and safe neighbourhood, cozy apartment. Management is responsive. Will miss this place a lot.
Cons:
My roommate and I lived in a flex so it was time after a while to search for a unit with a living room / in building laundry (which we did not have here)! If we had one that would be great… not a fault with the apartment though. We at one point had some issues with packages but not an issue anymore and now usually pick up from the whole foods nearby depending on the item.
