Pros:
Location, neighborhood, convenience, transportation.
Cons:
Laundry. Wonky stairs. Stomping neighbors.

Clean building with responsive super
Cons:
The heating was very effective most of the time in winter but occasionally it would cut off and need to be tended to by management

Great location for a decent price.
Cons:
I was on the first floor (with the private backyard) and there were ants in the spring time that were hard to get rid of. Further the heating pipe that ran through one of the bedrooms in that first floor unit was very load during the winter
Advice to owner:
Lock up the ants and better situate the pipe in the unit on the first floor
