Great building never had any issues

Pros:
Super responsive to any maintenance requests. The Carson door system had video to see who rings your door. Lobby was well maintained.
Cons:
Had 1 cockroach in the 2 years I was here. Sometimes issues with packages getting stolen.
Advice to owner:
Cameras for the lobby to prevent theft
