Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 50 Prince Street highlight its excellent location in Nolita with convenient subway access and a generally quiet atmosphere, especially in back-facing units. Tenants appreciate the responsive and helpful superintendents, clean common areas, good heating, and modern appliances. However, concerns include occasional pest issues, particularly cockroaches and flies near garbage areas, as well as noise for street-facing apartments. Some find storage space limited and rent pricey relative to unit size. There are mixed opinions on owner responsiveness, with one report of poor management and maintenance communication. Overall, it suits renters valuing location and a generally well-maintained building.

Pros:
Great location, elevator building, decent closet space, nice windows, no roaches or mice, laundry on site.
Cons:
There’s often flies due to the garbage in the basement. Pricey rent for the amount of space, but you’re most paying for the great location.
