Okay for temporary home, but exhausting
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, washer dryer in unit
Cons:
The super and the landlord try their best, but unfortunately, there really isn't much they will do. Rent is stabilized, but still being overcharged a ridiculous amount.
Advice to owner:
The landlord does not really seem to get things done with any efficacy. He will try to fix the problem, says it's better, and then it is either worse or the same. Nice guy though!

Great location, but some of the quirks of an older building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great windows and light in many units. I lived in a corner unit with windows on 3 sides and plenty of light.
Beautiful brick interiors.
Easy garbage situation out front
Cons:
Drafty and cold in the winter. The windows are beautiful but a bit on the old side. You may need to put up extra insulation around the sides of the windows to stay warm.
