Noisy and terrible management

Moved here around May and was promised a 24/7 doorman, but in reality there is only coverage from 9 AM to 6 PM with no overnight service. This has made packages and deliveries difficult. Common areas are often noisy in the mornings, with maintenance staff playing music in the lobby as early as 8 AM, which does not fit a luxury building. There is also ongoing construction next door (owned by the same landlord), causing daily noise starting around 7 AM and scaffolding around the building. Overall, the experience has not matched expectations for a nearly $9,000/month rental, and I would not recommend this building.
