New Fully Loaded Building

Pros

One of the more modern buildings in Manhattan at the time, rare building with full dry sauna, steam and pool. And one of the relatively smaller buildings (plus), even when combining with 215 and 225 W 28th buildings. Amenities do not feel busy. Solid management, pretty responsive. Live in super.

- Amazing staff who are very friendly and helpful - Good sized apartments with open layout

- $$$ for what you get - I've moved in a while ago, and things are still constantly getting fixed
