Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 110 Sullivan Street praise its prime SoHo location, spacious apartments, and an exceptionally attentive live-in superintendent who maintains cleanliness and responds well to issues. Residents appreciate amenities like the elevator and laundry facilities. However, the building’s age shows in dated interiors, thin walls causing noise disturbances, and occasional maintenance delays, especially with appliances. Some tenants report inconsistent management responsiveness and concerns about a few disruptive neighbors. Suggestions include upgrading infrastructure, improving noise insulation, and modernizing rent payment options. Despite some drawbacks, many tenants find it a comfortable and well-located residence benefiting from diligent on-site staff.

Oldie but goodie
Former Tenant
Pros:
The live-in super Joey is so attentive and caring. He and his son really put in the effort to keep the building clean and tidy. The apartments are HUGE for the area. And with an elevator in the building and washer/dryer in basement, it's really a perfect building.
Cons:
The management company takes forever to change broken things like the washers and dryers in the basement. But now we have new ones and they're great!

Enjoyed living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is amazing. Near Trader Joes and everything Soho has to offer. Management and rent raises were reasonable. Great super.
Cons:
The walls and ceilings are pretty thin so you can hear a lot of your neighbors.
