    Well maintained courtyard complex

    The location is amazing and the common areas are well maintained.
    Cons:
    Walls are on the thinner side so you can hear noises from both neighbors and outdoors

    Location and cleanliness
    Cons:
    Noise. Walls and floors are thin. You can hear everything. Landlord is not responsive to concerns about the noise.
    Advice to owner:
    Listen to the tenants. Make sure each tenant covers their floor when they move in.
