It’s in a great location.
Cons:
Good luck getting a response from the management company for anything, ever.

The pipes had awful water hammer — the loudest I’ve ever heard. They finally came into my apt and fix it after a year of back and forth.

Mail never shows up — theft issues.

Only one of the locks work on the double front doors which means the building lacks the security it promises in descriptions.

Bugs.

Missing smoke detectors in the hallway.

Overpriced.
Advice to owner:
Answer your tenants emails and spend the time/effort to fix the problems.
