Don't live here - truly, deeply awful

Pros:
Nice neighbors and relatively big apartments
Cons:
There's no trash room so you have to keep your trash on the floor of your apartment until you're allowed to bring it outside 2/week. Zero responsiveness from landlord on any issues.
Advice to owner:
Choose a different profession.
