Great location, shoddy building
Pros
Lived on the top floor for a year. My unit was so bright and had so many windows. The view over the cemetery and puck building was so special. Amazing location
Cons
Smallest bathroom I’ve literally ever seen. My apartment was freezing cold in the winter even with the heat on full blast. I had a $400 heating bill one month, meanwhile it was literally still 39 degrees IN my unit. Bathroom flooded every time I showered. Often times I couldn’t get hot water. I also had a gas leak in the stove. But whatevs, I survived

Fix the heating
