The building management was awful, the landlord tried to screw us over multiple times and treated us terribly. The worst landlord experience I’ve had in my entire time in NYC. Be careful before moving in. The hot water also stopped working 20% of the time and we would go days and days without hot water.

Fire Tim... he’s horrific and hated by even your own employees.
