    Didn’t really have a big issue with pests / rodents and the AC was great
    Cons:
    Extremely small, no place to put packages, inconsistent heat, no natural light
    Advice to owner:
    Be more responsive, have options to pay online

    Classic, old NYC apartment building. No issues with pests or noisy neighbors.
    Cons:
    Certain updates could be made in bathroom and kitchen. Water damage starting to show in bathroom.
