Pros:
Lots of sunlight
Cons:
Heat shut off the second it gets a tad warm which is ok but then doesn't actually get turned back on immediately once cold weather come back. It also seems there is little to no cleaning done around the building.

Neighbors fought a lot and could hear them all the time
