    Great for the covid price, wouldn't live there for regular prices

    Central location, spacious for the area, laundry in building, didn't hear neighbors at all--nice thick tenement walls
    Cons:
    Roaches, packages stolen

    Solid building, no complaints

    Decent apartment for price, responsive super, overall the place has been good
    Cons:
    Occasional roaches (sometimes from neighbors), only a handful of laundry machines that are sometimes broken, heat can be very hot
