Great location but terrible building and management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is nice so long as you don’t mind the street being pretty dirty, especially on weekend mornings after nights out.
Cons:
Building management is super slow. You have to ask many times for help with issues, even serious issues like flooding. The building gets lots of cockroaches. Lots of water damage in ceilings. Overall lots of mold. Thin walls to neighbors. Not safe, building has been robbed multiple times.
Advice to owner:
Listen and respond to tenants.
