Pros:
Location, that is all.
Cons:
The landlord is actually a crazy person. Speaks extremely broken english so there is no communication between you and her, anytime there is a problem she immediately takes the stance that's it's your fault or you're lying. You have to fight her about EVERYTHING, as if it's not her job. It's the middle of winter and we haven't had hot water in two days - tells me she has it (lives in the building) and that I'm lying. There's a laundry list of things I could name but who has the time, trust me just don't move in here.
