Pros:
Management is very responsive and generally fixes issues with the apartment quickly. YES, the apartments are pretty small, but that’s what we sign up for. They keep the buildings clean and are pretty flexible/understanding of tenants.
Cons:
Packages got stolen all the time. The management is not super friendly, but they are responsive which is more important.
