Pros:
Convenient location, and next to trains. Building is well-maintained for how old it is. I had in unit washer-dryer, with a dishwasher. The setup was pretty great.
Cons:
Inside of the unit (at least mine) was not the ideal setup for an apartment. Prewar building that tended to always have this pungent smell that wouldn't go away.
