NEGLIGENT MANAGEMENT - BEWARE

Good location, nice building and units

BE CAREFUL! MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT TENANTS - AC HAS BEEN OUT ACROSS THE BUILDING FOR 4+ MONTHS!!!! FIRST IT STARTED AT THE BOTTOM FLOORS FOR 2-3 MONTHS IN THE PEAK OF SUMMER WITH APARTMENTS HITTING 90-95+ DEGREES. MANAGEMENT DID NOTHING AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE ANY ACCOMMODATION OTHER THAN SOME USELESS FANS. NOW THE TOP FLOORS OF THE BUILDING ARE ALSO DEALING WITH THE SAME. ALSO CONSTANT DISRUPTION IN THE BUILDING WITH EXTREMELY LOUD CONSTRUCTION AND ALL MANAGEMENT OFFERED WAS A $50 AMAZON CARD.

Don’t live here: dysfunctional elevator, loud construction, no A/C

Super clean. And that’s honestly it.
Cons:
Many units have no functioning A/C. New building by the way.
Very loud construction for months. Careless management does nothing except attempt to appease residents with $50 Amazon gift card.
In the past month, all elevators have been out of service twice. The building has 23 floors. Have fun walking.
