Great company and the super is AMAZING
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived in this building 3 years and never had any maintenance issues. Super was super friendly and rental company was responsive, and professional.
Cons:
Its next to NYU and Washington Square Park so tons of tourists and college kids. Summer time there are rooftop parties that will go until 3 or 4 in the morning.

Good but small

Location, fairly quiet street
Cons:
No laundry in building, too hot once heat turns on with no control, mice
