The worst place ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location and price were great
Cons:
Management sucks. Seriously. The buildings is really breaking down and management blames you. I had over $3000 worth of furniture/linens/rugs damaged by a leak and they didn't show up to fix the leak for several days. the heat never worked, there were mice EVERYWHERE (even after the exterminator came several times). A window just fell out once and glass shattered everywhere
Advice to owner:
condemn the building

Nightmare of an Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, decent size bedroom
Cons:
Mice, leaks, constant issues, inconsistencies in temperature (heat on in summer not on in winter), brown water from faucets, literally everything was a nightmare.
Advice to owner:
Hire new super, be more responsive, renovate properly, get the rodents under control.
