MANY ROACHES. the pest control sprayer does not help this, building does not care. They are everywhere. Building doesn't turn on heat untll late winter after MANY requests to. Restaurant employees constantly loitering in the "lobby" and constant delivery for them (area is full of vegetables and smelly things nonstop) Hallways smell disgusting constantly bc of trash from two restaurants below. You open your window and the smell of the restaurant below will cause your fresh air to be onion smelling. this apartment is truly a nightmare, unhygenic and you may go crazy living there. Please just do yourself a favor and don't.

GET RID OF THE ROACHES! ITS A HELATH HAZARD

Very old and no central ac or heat. Some apartments cannot even support an air conditioner. Way to much restaurant stuff in foyer. Electric system is very very old.
Advice to owner:
Upgrade electric and keep foyer clear if any restaurant stuff!
