Amazing Location, Great Owners

Pros:
-Owners are super hands on and respond very quickly
-Building trash system is great, you take the trash to an interior room so there are no pests
-Neighbors are nice and quiet
Cons:
-Sometimes the heat is a little low but I prefer that to super hot
-Can have some interesting characters outside the front door

Loved the area, the landlord was responsive and chill
Cons:
The water takes forever to get the right temperature and the stairs are pretty brutal
