Great Location, Renewals are brutal

Pros:
Very responsive to maintenance issues, great location very close to the subway. I didn’t have any noise issues during my time here.
Cons:
Huge rent increases after first year. Broker tried to get me to pay a second brokers fee to renew and would only speak over the phone (nothing in writing) which felt sketchy. Some pest issues but they had pest control come regularly.

Mice everywhere but fine location

Pros:
The location is close to the nice parts of the west village (though immediate surrounding area is somewhat gross)
Cons:
The building is infested with mice and had trouble getting the broker for the building to put anything in writing. Everything was very sketchy - super atypical compared to other NYC property management.
