Convenient Location, but Noisy

- Excessive street noise, especially from comedy club and Blue Note lines - Dangerous area

Lively Village Location but…

Pros:
Super convenient location, close to BDEFM lines and a one minute walk from a lively restaurant scene. One minute walk from Washington square park.
Cons:
Noisy especially on weekend nights. Once woke up in the middle of the night to someone getting brutally beaten
