    Nice NoHo location

    Pros:
    Small building with responsive management and superintendent. They are quick to help fix something if it is broken.
    Cons:
    Occasional cockroaches and have had mice sightings in the laundry room. Heating and insulation is not great, but that is the case for many older buildings.
    Advice to owner:
    The management company and super are great
