Wonderful building & tenure
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doorman are incredible and the reason we were so sad to leave. The units themselves were very nice (we lived in 2 over 5 years!) and the maintenance team was super responsive and great to work with. Incredible location. We miss the building so much!
Cons:
The years of the elevator upgrades made for very painful long waits, but ultimately were worth it. The hallways could be nicer, and we wish they had larger units, also there is no flexibility on rent negotiations, which was painful during Covid.
