Cozy apartments in the heart of Greenwich Village

Pros

- Best location in the city, right around the corner from Washington Square Park and a block away from the West 4th Station. - Clean lobby - Respectful neighbors, mostly kind elderly tenants who have lived there for decades, young familes, and a few NYU students - Amazing superintendent who took care of issues ASAP, extremely warm and polite - Charming pre-war units

Cons

- Older utilities, some of the units could use renovating - Regular plumbing issues - Slow elevator

Advice to the owners

Idyllic experience. My favorite two years living in New York were spent here.
