Fine but dated

Pros

Good location and Latch door system is nice.

Cons

Elevator frequently breaks, virtual doorman advertised is useless and totally unutilized. Landlord is incompetent and unresponsive. Hallways are in major need of renovation (leaking roofs, tiles coming loose)

Advice to the owners

Replace the elevator and hallways
