Beautiful building in a great location. The units are also big and very reasonably priced. Rent did not go up at lease renewal, which was appreciated as well.
We did have rodents but the building is old so that was expected. What was frustrating was it took months for management to do anything about it. This is pretty common place, it’s very difficult to get an answer about problems or questions.
