Location is great! Some nice people in the building.

-- the landlord is really shady (around money)
-- nobody will ever come to clean the building
-- rats in the basement
-- no super
-- constant plumbing issues (loss of hot water for extended periods of time, entire days or more)
-- some really noisy neighbors (they like to break stuff and scream almost daily) that landlord will do nothing about
-- stair railings have been without screws for over 3 years (huge safety hazard)
-- complete lack of security, front door lock broken, homeless people come in then sleep smoke and jerk off in the lobby
-- countless packages stolen
-- fake camera in lobby that has never worked and was never repaired despite requests and security issued being raised with items stolen

Great location and convenient

There is a lot of noise from the street and if you’re in the back of the building there are loud machines running 24/7. There is also poor building maintenance. Trash is often left in the hallways, the front door doesn’t close properly which leads to security issues, and the water heater doesn’t work very well. The landlord has not fixed these issues in a timely manner and doesn’t seem to care
