Great location; building just ok

Pros:
The location is unbeatable. Responsive super and generally spacious units.
Cons:
Older appliances, had a neighbor whose dog barked incessantly. Shower often didn't have hot water late at night.

Great location, apartments, and super

Pros:
The building is centrally located and very close to lots of subway lines at Union Square, plus a lot of good restaurants and stores are within walking distance. The building is updated, has high ceilings, balconies, and no issues with pests. The super is very nice, helpful, and easy to reach.
Cons:
The trash and recycling collection could be a bit more organized in the basement, but a very minor issue.
