Lovely apartment, amazing location, a little loud

Pros

Super is very responsive to issues. Location is ideal. Neighbors aren’t annoying. My apartment gets great light.

Cons

Barre3 is on the 2nd floor which means thumping bass music from roughly 6am-8pm most days. 6th ave can be a little loud. ConEd has been super annoying about trying to install a smart meter but there is literally no room by the meter so I am required to pay an additional fee each month to have someone read the meter.
