    Overpriced and inconvenient

    Pros:
    The location is excellent; some of the doormen are nice
    Cons:
    Elevators are extremely slow or broken; hallways are dumpy; building rules are routinely changing and always for the worse
    Advice to owner:
    Maybe you'd have less turnover if you treated your tenants a little better
